LE progress

My ist vase almost finished ...just needs some stitched stamins on flowers ....

I've Been knitting .

Well it's been awhile since a post...I've been doing a little knitting.  I made this twisted neck scarf in a weekend ...size 10mm needles knits up really quick...I got the wool at spotlight in there sale for half price .love the colours in this one .its really light and warm to wear too.
I have done little on  my LE quilt ...one vase done ...3 to do ..

more sleep..

Well daylight saving ends this week end ...it's quite dark in the mornings now we put our clocks back so we get an extra hours sleep .."..I just wish someone would tell my roosters "......

I made a bonnet for leilani...hope it fits as she is a prem baby born last news years  eve.  I dont have a dummy to try it on either.

my machine

This is a.pic of the husqavana machine I won at spotlight back in October 2013.  Its very basic but nice to sew with .I have started a rope bag using this as you need a 3 stage zig-zag stitch. I will put pics up later.

Hello, Im still here...

Well I'm still here but not been blogging sorry as  still don't have a computer of my own.....So it's nearly the end if 2013 and I am going to try and get back into it Next year!!....

I was reading someones blog today and she said she tries to do 1 ufo a month  so i think that's where i might try and start the new year off at.....I'm sure I could find at least 12 ufos without looking too hard!.....Watch this space!!!

I can tell you one exciting thing that has happened...back in October I won a sewing machine!  I was at spotlite with my friend mandy and she talked me into going....and i won the lucky drawer...I couldn't believe it.  My machine is a husqvarna viking.  It's nice and new goes really well too.  I've never had that brand.  I like it.....I am halfway through making a bag that i will show you some pics when it is finished...might be my 1st finish of the year!!
