BANANA'S IN PJAMAS ARE GOING UP THE STAIRS.....

I have been making these knitted ' bananas in pjamas ' for forever! Well it feels like it. We started making these when my younger sister 's girls were small and they were all the rage! Well they are in their late 20's now. People still like them for little kids cause they are so cute and a nice size to cuddle in bed. They are easy to make and don't really take long. I have the pattern if anyone would like to try. You make 2 identical body parts then sew together, make a jacket and sew sleeves in roll the collar down . i use black saftey eyes and embroider the mouth. they are about 9'' tall approx.

FINALLY, I HAVE NEARLY FINISHED IT!

Well I have spent the afternoon peicing together my ark blocks and now they are all joined up! Now i must decide on how i will actually finish it.

Not quite sure yet but i will have a bit of a think on it.

MEET BLACKIE THE MANX CAT.

















This is my cat "Blackie" . He is a manx cat, that is he has no tail. We have another the same but she is a tortisehell colour. When ever we use to go peoples places and they had cats with tails, the kids would always say," Hey that cats got a tail" . probly cause they always just had a cat with no tail. One good thing about not having a tail is , you can never shut it in the door! He is really easy going, keeps the dog in line! She tends to chase other cats.

A BIT OF A VIEW.

well now i have a bit of view from the new deck. I could't really see much in the distance, but now we can see some more of the bush thanks to being up abit higher. wayne and conor have been building the deck. It is looking good so far but have a bit to do, railings etc.....Poppy loves it,
